During the requirements gathering phase, the architect gathers an understanding of the requirements based on discussions with the client.
Besides basic information about the focus of the project, the requirements document should identify such basic information as audiences, stakeholders, constraints, relevant facts and assumptions, naming conventions , scope of the project , risks associated with the project, functional requirements, and technical requirements
In order to enable a thorough and accurate gathering of these requirements, the client shall provide Sanctuary a survey of the site if deemed necessary. The costs for the same would have to be borne by the client.
Before the design process commences, the client should have provided Sanctuary a signed copy of the final requirements and all relevant information. Sanctuary’s design will be as per these requirements.
